Instructions:

See a set of precisely and accurately noted in this order
Netsettings takes time and is not done in 5 minutes flat calm but
1 hour or more one.

Save the netsettings.cfg under

C: \\ Program Files \\ Steam \\ SteamApps \\ YOUR NAME \\ day of defeat source \\ dod \\ cfg

Open your config.cfg and add the line: exec

. netsetting.cfg

added.

Start the game and connect to any server.
Go to viewers and watch several players
look at you the whole time the netgraph.
netgraph's with " netgraph 3" in the console.
linger for several minutes with each player and watch
run changes in combat situations or with the normal.
wild never switches back and forth.
Changes you take mostly only true after 10-30 seconds.

The "i" change the entry so

1st installment
2.cl_updaterate
3.cl_cmdrate

and begins again with 1st installment on again etc. 2.cl_updaterate

Press "j" changes always the value in 10 or 1000 steps in rate.

So once "i" button to rate "the current value is displayed in the Console
